The Leadership E.D.G.E. program is split into two distinct modules that team members complete over the course of 6 weeks.
The time for your team to complete all sessions in Module 1 is approximately 5 hours. For Module 2, the workshops will take approximately 4 hours to complete (either done as a half day offsite, or 2 two-hour meetings).
In total, The Leadership E.D.G.E. program should take less than 10 hours—over 6 weeks—to complete.
